Chief Technology Officer, Regional Insurance Company — Led technology strategy, operations, cybersecurity and digital transformation across a multi-country Caribbean insurer.
E-Services Coordinator, Government — Advised on the implementation of a national e-services platform forming part of a US$40M public-sector modernisation programme.
Regional Product Manager, Telecommunications — Managed broadband products across 14 Caribbean markets, including product repositioning, pricing and regional investment planning.
